First thing is welcome!
You've just made the decision to be part of something fun and get more active. Now, what's it all about? Up and down the county there is a Government funded initiative called Sport Unlimited, set up to help young people like you become more active.
There are loads of different activities available and the brilliant thing is, you don't have to be the 'sporty type' to get involved. All you have to do is HAVE FUN, GET ACTIVE.
