Cardholders:
Discounts available by each participating venue cannot be combined with any other offer. Some venues may require advance reservations or bookings. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to contact the participating venue directly requesting availability and confirm the rate of discount. Cardholders will be required to produce their Sport Unlimited Reward Card in person to the venue prior to making their purchases or making payment.
Each venue will have a Sport Unlimited Certificate displayed stating that they are participating in the Sport Unlimited Reward Scheme.
By becoming a Sport Unlimited Reward Cardholder, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Issue of a Sport Unlimited Reward Card is free of any charge for three years ending September 2011.
We reserve the right to exclude anyone from participating in the scheme.
Participating Venues:
Participating venues agree to provide a discount to all Sport Unlimited Reward Cardholders and will agree to display the Certificate which states that they are a partner in the Sport Unlimited Reward Scheme.
If a complaint is received from any Cardholder in any form, that the participating venue has failed to honour the discount which is specified, then Active Devon will investigate the matter and if necessary we reserve the right to have the details of the participating venue concerned removed from the website without any notice.
Active Devon reserves the right to make any changes to the Sport Unlimited website whenever necessary and without notice in order to improve the services to cardholders.

Active Devon reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

We undertake to keep all your personal information confidential and will never sell, share or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.
All details are kept on the Active Devon database. The information will only be used for:
a) adding you to the Sport Unlimited mailing list and/or
b) sending you promotional material from time to time.
We will never pass on your contact details to other members registered with us without your express permission.
